  • Personal Responsibility: Employees are personally responsible for the content they post on social media platforms, even if it is on personal accounts. Ensure that your posts do not reflect negatively on the company or violate any laws or regulations. .
  • Disclaimers: When expressing personal opinions on social media platforms, employees should include a disclaimer stating that the views expressed are their own and not representative of Remit To Nepal.
  • Intellectual Property: Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Do not post or share copyrighted material without permission
  • Endorsements: Employees should not endorse or promote any products, services, or organizations on social media platforms without prior approval from Remit To Nepal.
  • Monitoring: The company reserves the right to monitor employees' social media activities related to the company. This includes posts made during work hours or using company-owned devices.
Reporting
  • If an employee comes across any social media content that violates this policy or could harm the company's reputation, they should report it to their the designated point of contact.
Consequences of Policy Violation
  • Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The severity of the consequences will depend on the nature and impact of the violation.
